The front section of each magazine, titled ‘hot topic’, consists of a series of articles relating to a central issue. These provide initial stimulus, discussion and research material around the ‘hot topic’.

The remaining magazine content includes articles covering a variety of curriculum areas, with regular features and activities. These can be used for reading enjoyment, exploration of different text types and topics, or to provide opportunities to respond to text.
